Blazing Leaves
The maples are almost glowing, a luminous yellow-orange, and my camera battery was dead today. Not to worry, it is on the charger tonight and tomorrow I should be able to get some pretty pictures to post of the fall colors 2009. I'll take the scenic route to work (lol, they're all scenic, but I do have a favorite route during fall).

They are really coming on now aren't they? You have a gorgeous view.
Yes, and I was afraid with all the rain we'd had that it wouldn't be a good year for color. We don't have the glowing maples here, but I see them on my way to work. They are the most bright where the sun touches them, so half the tree might be a greenish, and the other half is blazing. It's pretty.
